Production Monitoring :

 

*   We proudly developing a customized real time production

     monitoring and reporting software.

 

*  With this RTDL (real time data logging) module, production data

    will be updated in screen for a second to second basis.

 

*  Data from each and every machine can be collected and updated

    through our own RTDL hardware module.

 

*  Every machine is lined up with the server.  So, user can easily view

    the performance of the individual machine at real time from any PC

    in LAN.

 

*  Main display shows the current status of each machine along with

    the current production details.

 

*  Collected data are analysed by the software and produced results

    for Down time, Operating Time, Number of parts produced and

    machine effeciency.

 

*  With the simple one touch interaction, the supervisor can tell the

    reason for machine stopping.

 

*  The reports generated through RTDL module can be relied upon

    the data recorded.  The reports generated are in the format of Line

    graph and Bar graph.
